Abstract

Целта на дисертационния труд е да се направи обстоен анализ на причините и проявленията на СЯО на КОХ за целите на АРТ, както в количествен, така и в качествен аспект, да се намерят най-коректните маркери за оценка на състоянието и да се предложи оптимален алгоритъм за управлението му. За изпълнението на поставените задачи и постигането на набелязаната цел в проучването са включени 2721 жени, които са провели лечение на стерилитет с методите на асистираната репродукция и са достигнали до фоликуларна пункция в Медицински комплекс „Д-р Щерев“ за периода от Януари 2013 г. до Декември 2015 г.

Low ovarian response (LOR) to controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) is a direct consequence of diminished ovarian reserve. These are conditions pose great challenges to reproductive medicine and are highly relevant in recent years. The aim of this thesis is to make a thorough analysis of the causes and manifestations of LOR to COH for the purposes of assisted reproductive technology (ART), both quantitative and quality wise, to identify the most accurate markers for assessment of the condition and to propose the optimal algorithm for its management. Contingent of the study have been 2721 women who underwent Infertility treatment with assisted reproductive methods and have reached a follicular puncture as a part of the IVF treatment. The study was conducted at the Dr. Shterev Medical Complex in Sofia within the period January 2013 - December 2015.
